MinutesLink is a free AI meeting assistant that transcribes and summarizes online meetings.It provides human-accurate meeting minutes in 50+ languages on Google Meet and Zoom.

MinutesLink utilizes technologies like natural language processing and speaker recognition. Natural language processing helps you understand what you are saying during online meetings.

At the same time, speaker recognition gives a speaker ID for each participant in the online meetings so you can track who said what.

My experience with MinutesLink

I had an okay experience with MinutesLink during the review. It offers super-easy features for managing meetings at a reasonable price.

It offers accurate transcriptions and has outstanding ease of use. However, compared to other AI note-takers I have tested, you may find it too limited due to the lack of integrations and a mobile app, as well as its overall feature depth.

Therefore, it could not make it to my list of the best AI note-takers.

MinutesLink offers accurate transcription and solid basic features, but lacks advanced capabilities compared to top tools. Therefore, we gave 4 out of 5 for transcription, and between 3 and 3.5 stars for the rest of the features.

Based on my experience, MinutesLink provides accurate transcriptions. Similarly to other AI note-takers, the quality of your microphone also impacts the overall transcription accuracy.

MinutesLink divides the transcription into different parts using speaker ID-s. It is also great that it is super easy to access your conversations and meeting notes.

Personally, my favorite feature when it comes to AI-powered meeting assistants is the meeting notes. So, let’s take a closer look at how MinutesLink performs in this!

MinutesLink breaks down the AI meeting notes into a short summary and action items. You can easily share meeting minutes with all attendees or specific team members. It is also great that you can edit and comment on the minutes.

Compared to other AI note-takers I tried, it’s a bit minimalist and feels less powerful compared to lightweight tools’ AI notes like tl;dv, Bluedot, or Fathom.

Overall, MinutesLink’s meeting notes make it easy to collaborate, review, and analyze meetings, but not as advanced as most of the tools on the market.

MinutesLink will release a so-called personal digital avatar feature that will be quite special on the market. MinutesLink will gather data and use it to develop a personal neural network designed to fit your unique patterns and preferences.

Essentially, it means that the personal digital avatar’s knowledge base is established based on your behavior in online meetings. This way, you can train personalized AI avatars to assist you more precisely with tasks and decisions.

The speed of developing your personal digital avatar depends on how consistently you use MinutesLink. So, the more you interact with the platform, the faster MinutesLink can analyze the meeting data.

Nevertheless, you can easily disable it in the settings menu if you do not want to use the personalized AI clone.
